Managing Manufacturing Economics

15th May, 4.15 pm

Are we dealing with reality or pursuing a perception?

Dr Gunter Jagschies, Senior Director of Strategic Customer Relations at GE Healthcare Life Sciences will discuss the issues and drivers of economic efficiency in manufacturing. The concept of cost versus value is considered with a view to identifying the “sweet spot” where the balancing act between short term versus long term gains can be achieved. Finally, the combined key technical and economic parameters driving the change are considered.

The talk will be followed by drinks and discussion. Further background on the speaker is available here.
